Welcome to the J. Percy Page Community!

Principal's Message

Located in the heart of Mill Woods, J. Percy Page High School proudly serves the diverse and dynamic community of southeast Edmonton. Our school is a place where students are supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow—academically, socially, and personally. This work is made possible by our energetic, knowledgeable, and deeply empathetic staff, who are committed to fostering curiosity, excellence, and a genuine love of learning.

At J. Percy Page, we recognize that success looks different for every learner. Our specialized Interactions classrooms, ISP class, and Knowledge and Employability programs reflect our commitment to meeting students where they are and supporting a wide range of strengths, needs, and aspirations. We are also proud to offer a full range of Advanced Placement courses, providing students with rigorous academic opportunities and pathways to university-level learning.

Complementing our rich academic programming is a diverse and engaging Career and Technology Studies (CTS) department. Our offerings include a thriving cosmetology program, mechanics, computing science, business management, photography, robotics, and construction, providing students with hands-on, practical learning experiences that connect directly to future careers. We are equally proud of our strong fine arts programs, including drama, visual arts, pottery, musical theatre, film studies and instrumental music: programs that allow students to express themselves creatively and build confidence, collaboration, and skill. In addition, we are proud to offer a specialized Campus EPSB program that gives students the opportunity to explore aviation and the wide range of careers within the flight industry.

Having been part of the J. Percy Page community for the past ten years, it is truly an honour to step into this new role and serve the community. I am excited about the year ahead and the opportunities it holds for our students—whether they are beginning their high school journey or preparing to graduate and take their next steps beyond our doors.

As we embark on this school year together, I am confident that through strong partnerships between students, families, and staff, we will continue to build a school culture rooted in respect, inclusion, and high expectations for all.

Thank you for being part of this incredible community. I look forward to a memorable and impactful year ahead.

Warm regards,

Cam Tully

Principal, J. Percy Page High School

On November 22, 2024, J. Percy Page High School hosted its highly anticipated annual Bike-A-Thon, raising an incredible $85,220.33 in support of The Erika Legacy Foundation. The event brought together 322 dedicated participants who pedaled tirelessly through the day, supported by approximately 80 student, alumni, and staff volunteers. Teams of 12 cycled in shifts for 24 hours, fostering friendships, school spirit, and a shared sense of purpose. With music, themed costums, and a buzz of excitement filling the gym, this year’s event smashed its $55,000 goal, demonstrating the power of community collaboration.

The Bike-A-Thon is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a powerful community builder that strengthens friendships and connections across the school. Participants and volunteers create bonds during the event that carry over into the rest of the school year, helping students feel more confident and supported in other areas of their lives. These connections create a lasting ripple effect, fostering a sense of belonging and empowering students to tackle challenges with the confidence and support of their peers. The event’s success highlighted the dedication of everyone involved, showcasing JPP as a hub of kindness, leadership, and community spirit.

Our Jr. Boys Volleyball team had an amazing season. The team was consistent all year and the players were extremely hard working and dedicated . The boys ended the regular season in first place and went through the playoffs without losing a single set. The team defeated Dr. Ann Anderson 3-0 in the finals in front of a packed J Percy Page gymnasium! Way to go Panthers!
