J. Percy Page Social Studies Department: Connecting students to our community and the world.  J. Percy Page Social Studies department  actively engages students in their life-long learning using meaningful activities, current events / social issues and encouraging active citizenship.  Apart from the basic expectations of students improving their reading and writing we are also expected to learn more about what we believe (politically, economically, and socially) in, and better defining what is our place in the world; deciding where we can best serve in making the world a better place.

At J. Percy Page, Social is divided into several different paths.

  • Social 10-1, Social 20-1, and Social 30-1
  • Social 10-2, Social 20-2, and Social 30-2
  • Social 10-4 and Social 20-4 (Knowledge and Employability)
