Explores the technical aspects of capturing an image and the creative elements involved in composing photographs.

Opportunities galore are available for students to experience many different scenarios for capturing images both on-campus and off-campus. Some post-production work is also provided for students to experience how photos can be used in other occupational fields.

Students are encouraged to bring their own personal DSLR cameras to learn how to fully utilize their own camera’s capabilities.
